Team

Toninhas do Brasil is made by a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity and marine ecosystems. Biologists, oceanographers, environmental educators and communicators spread across three states of activity: São Paulo, Paraná and Santa Catarina.

Undergraduate students in Biological Sciences and related areas have internship opportunities in the project. Most of our interns are from UNIVILLE and the institutions responsible for the regional coordinations, including the Federal University of Paraná – UFPR, the Santa Catarina State University – UDESC, and the São Paulo State University – UNESP.

Nonetheless, students from other institutions can also have this opportunity. The project also holds many partnerships for the development of Master’s and PhD works by students from different institutions, who also collaborate with Toninhas do Brasil.
